Trailer Mounted Mobile Nitrogen Generating System: High-Quality, Efficient, and Available for Sale!
New system replacement value $2.1MM USD
TRAILER MOUNTED MOBILE NITROGEN GENERATING SYSTEM
This very lightly used, well maintained trailer mounted mobile nitrogen generating system, currently operating at our client’s ethanol tank farm operation located in Selby, CA, will be de-commissioned and available for sale in October 2023.
The system was assembled in Q1 2021, was commissioned in July 2021 and currently has less then 5000 operating hours. It is in “like new” condition and has been regularly maintained on a scheduled maintenance contract since commissioning.
The system will remain connected to the power grid and is available for viewing and test operation to qualified buyers upon request.

Nitrogen Generating System General Description and Overview
This AGT designed and packaged membrane type nitrogen generating system is capable of producing a nitrogen flow of 100,000+ SCFH at a nitrogen purity of 97% on a 24/7 continuous duty basis.
The nitrogen generating system consists of three (3) flatbed trailer mounted 40’ modified sea containers.
Two of the 40’ modified sea containers house quantity two (2) 250 HP air compressors. The third 40’ modified sea container house quantity two (2) wet air receivers, quantity two (2) compressed air dryers, quantity two (2) compressed air filtration trains and quantity four (4) membrane nitrogen generator trains.
Under normal operating parameters, the system will operate at between 0% and 100% of capacity depending on nitrogen demand. This design concept will still allow the system to operate at a minimum of 75% of full load capacity in the event one of the four compressors is down for maintenance or fails. If one of the dryers fail or filter maintenance is being performed the system will still operate at 50% capacity.
All the compressors and compressed air dryers are controlled by individual PLC’s and set up for automatic operation on demand. The nitrogen generating system will have a separate Allen Bradley PLC to control operation as well as an automatic purity control system with four nitrogen purity settings. The system can be monitored and operated remotely.
