Compressed Air and Gas Dryers
Advanced Gas Technologies provides compressed air and gas drying solutions designed for demanding industrial, energy, and process applications. Our dryers are built to deliver consistent dew point control across a wide range of flow rates and pressures.
Air and Gas Drying Solutions
We offer the following compressed air and gas dryer solutions:
- Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers: Standard refrigerated type compressed air dryers are available to 5,000 SCFM (130 m3/hour) and larger capacity dryers are available upon request
- Regenerative Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers: Standard regenerative type desiccant compressed air dryers are available to 6,000 SCFM (160 m3/hour) and larger capacity dryers are available upon request
- High-Pressure Refrigerated & Regenerative Dryers: High-pressure refrigerated and regenerative compressed air dryers are available to 5,000 psig (340 barg)
- Non-Regenerative Desiccant Air & Gas Dryers: Non-regenerative compressed air and gas desiccant dryers are suitable for extreme pressure applications and available up to 10,000 psig (680 barg)
Benefits of Compressed Air and Gas Dryers
Proper air and gas drying is critical to system performance, reliability, and longevity. Our compressed air and gas dryers help you:
- Protect critical equipment by preventing corrosion, freezing, and moisture-related failures
- Support high-pressure applications where moisture removal is essential for safety and efficiency
- Reduce maintenance and downtime caused by water contamination in piping, valves, and instruments
- Meet process and quality standards in regulated or precision-driven environments
Compressed Air and Gas Dryers Applications
Air and gas dryers are used across a wide range of industries and operating environments, including:
- Energy and power generation facilities
- Chemical and process manufacturing
- Refinery operations
- General manufacturing operations
